Simon and Nora are the founders of athleticflow – both are also Lululemon ambassadors. Nina is a world class choreograph and joined the team from day one.

Simon, former tennis player, is a group fitness instructor and personal trainer since 17 years teaching all kinds of high-intense classes such as bootcamp, GRIT, kick boxing, body art extreme, bodypump, CXW, Fitboxe and more.. He coached in the United States, Denmark, Germany and currently in Switzerland as a group fitness instructor.

His specialty is HIIT (high intense interval training) where he developed his own set of movements coming from different professional sports.

 

Nora is Simon’s wife and a fabulous yoga instructor, food creator and food blogger. She was certified as yoga instructor in India and is currently teaching several different kinds of yoga such as Aerial Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga, Stand Up Paddle Yoga and Antigravity in various studios in Zurich. While being a busy athleticflow and yoga instructor, her healthy power food workshops grow more and more.

She is very convinced about the calmness and inner strength as well as the control you gain from doing yoga…

 

Nina creates outstanding yoga flows for every new release and is based in Hamburg. Being a fitness & yoga instructor and choreograph of dance shows, step and Rock'n'Roll for more than 27 years, Nina brings a lot of experience and know-how to the team. As a coach she won several German Championships, European titles and even became the runner up in the World Championships.

Nina is also a certified physiotherapists and has deep knowledge of anatomy and movement sequences.

Nora & Simon realized that if you combine the BEST OF BOTH WORLDS and develop new movements, which symbolize power, strength and quickness but also calmness, flexibility and control, you quickly transform your body to become a much more complete athlete.
